Right to cancel
The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 30 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which the buyer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer acquires physical possession of the final goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, the buyer must inform Carlheim danish design group AB, Marsvägen 10, 692 34 Kumla, Sweden, firstname.lastname@example.org, of the decision to cancel the order in the form of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail) and await further instructions from Carlheim. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for the buyer to send communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If the buyer cancels the order, Carlheim will reimburse all received payments for the product without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after obtaining the returned products according to below prerequisites. In the event shipping charges has been added to the order these will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, no additional fees will incur as a result of such reimbursement.
It is important that the buyer feels safe and confident to be satisfied with made purchase. All items have been quality controlled. The buyer may return any unused Carlheim design item in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days after given cancellation notice and returned items. Items that have been used are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition the return will not be accepted and therefor sent back to the byer. The protective plastic on the front of the watch nor tags nor protective coating of other items must not be removed for the return to be approved.
To return a product, contact the customer service department at email@example.com. Please give your order number and the email address for the order. It makes the return process faster. Please await further instructions. Carlheim will send out a return label to be used.

Make sure to include a copy of the order receipt in the return shipment. The return policy is met if the goods are returned within 30 days of cancellation of the order.
Please note that for orders placed outside EU you are solely responsible for paying the freight cost for the return of your order. If the order has been placed from a country outside EU, additional fees such as customs or taxes may need to be paid for the return and you are responsible for paying such additional costs.

Always pick up your package well in advance so it does not have time to go back to us again, as this will incur extra costs for you. Uncollected goods are returned to us. For each package that is not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you a fee to cover any additional costs we may suffer for handling, expedition and return shipping.
Use of discount codes and/or promotions
The promotional discount applies to the original purchase only and is not valid for any subsequent exchanges or purchases.
The promotion is limited to one coupon per customer.
The promotion may not be combinable with other promotions/discount codes within one purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a discount code, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
