We offer free shipping worldwide.
As soon as your order has reached us we will start preparing your purchase for delivery.
Please allow the following times for delivery:
1-3 working days within Europe
2-5 working days outside of Europe
Should the product be damaged during transport, you are required to contact us per email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the product. We do not accept economic responsibility for products that are damaged or go missing during the transport of returns.
If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged you shall also contact us within 14 days from receiving the product.
NON PICKED UP GOODS
If you fail to collect your order, we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that encure when handling your order and shipment back to Carlheim.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders made in another persons name without the persons consent, will be reported to the authorities. Carlheim holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel Carlheim to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You have the right to cancel any order placed with us within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. You are not required to provide a reason for your cancellation, though we do require that you do inform us before practicing the return rights. This in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by customer.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Same applies for returns. Defective products returned to Carlheim should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. Carlheim has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, Carlheim will send the product back to the customer.
We work together with Klarna using Klarna Smooth Payments. Klarna lets you pay in a number of different ways, so you can choose whichever way suits you the best. All prices shown on the Carlheims website, www.carlheim.com, are including VAT. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to. Please note that in case an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that Carlheim has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Carlheim cannot predict their amount. Carlheim advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above is not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the contact us page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write reclaim of purchase as subject of the e-mail. Return shipping is paid by Carlheim. If Carlheim cannot find any defects described above, the product will be sent back to the customer.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband and the peeling of the plating)
In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch.
Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
CARLHEIM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY
CARLHEIM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY
Carlheim warrants that during the Warranty will, at its sole discretion, remedy defects in materials or workmanship free of charge either by a) repairing, or b) replacing, or c) refunding, subject to the terms and conditions of this International Limited Warranty. This International Limited Warranty is valid and enforceable regardless of the country of purchase. The International Limited Warranty does not affect your legal rights, granted under mandatory national law applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
The International Limited Warranty Period starts at the date of original retail purchase.
The Warranty Period is two (2) years for Products unless otherwise specified.
The Warranty Period is one (1) year for accessories.
Exclusions and Limitations
This International Limited Warranty does not cover:
- a) normal wear and tear such as scratches, abrasions, or alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps, b) defects caused by rough handling, or c) defects or damage resulting from use contrary to intended or recommended use, improper care, negligence, and accidents such as dropping or crushing;
- printed materials and packaging;
This International Limited Warranty is not enforceable if the Product or accessory:
- has been opened beyond intended use
- has been repaired using unauthorized spare parts
- has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized Carlheim watch maker
- serial number has been removed, altered or made illegible in any way
Access to Carlheim warranty
You must provide proof of purchase to access Carlheim International warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory laws, this International Limited Warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Carlheim shall not be liable for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated benefits, loss of use, cost of capital, cost of any substitute equipment or facilities, claims of third parties, damage to property resulting from the purchase or use of the item or arising from breach of the warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any legal or equitable theory, even if Carlheim knew of the likelihood of such damages. Carlheim shall not be liable for delay in rendering warranty service.
International Limited 2-year Warranty:
The International Limited Warranty period is two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.
Carlheim has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Carlheim responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Carlheim bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Carlheim shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Carlheim. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Carlheim.
The www.carlheim.com website may include user generated content from for example social media applications. Carlheim does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it.
